Legal Studies and Consultation at UIN Sunan Kalijaga

Overview

Legal Studies and Consultation (PSKH) of the Faculty of Sharia and Law at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta is a dynamic student-led initiative that actively engages in legal discourse and strives to nurture a new generation of legal professionals who are not only well-versed in legal matters but also deeply committed to societal well-being. Their activities span legal consultations, community engagement, and knowledge dissemination through articles and news updates.

Managing a vibrant organization like PSKH comes with its complexities. With a large number of members and various sub-activities, efficient data management is crucial. The need for transparency in organizational processes further underscores the importance of a robust system. To address these challenges, I conceptualized and developed a comprehensive management application tailored specifically for PSKH. Here’s how it enhances the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness:

  1. Membership Data Management: The system streamlines the management of member profiles, ensuring accurate records and easy access to essential information. From tracking membership status to maintaining contact details, this feature simplifies administrative tasks.
  2. News and Article Publishing: PSKH’s impact extends beyond its immediate members. Through the application, the organization publishes articles, legal insights, and community-related news. This serves as a valuable resource for both legal enthusiasts and the wider public.
  3. Financial Tracking and Reporting: PSKH’s financial transactions are now seamlessly recorded and monitored. The application facilitates budget tracking, expense management, and financial reporting. Transparency is key, and this system ensures that stakeholders can access financial information with confidence.

In summary, this project bridges the gap between legal theory and practical impact. By empowering PSKH with efficient data management, financial transparency, and a platform for knowledge dissemination.
