The Ministry of Religious Affairs Kebumen (Kemenag Kebumen) is responsible for the administration of religious affairs in Kebumen Regency. The surge in digitalization across different sectors prompted the need for an efficient Human Resource Management System (HRMS) tailored specifically for the ministry’s workforce. This project goal was to streamline administrative processes, enhance employee management, and improve overall efficiency.
